The hotel was ideal for our group of 4 people, but being next to the elevators was a bit noisy. The service at the reception desk was incredibly friendly and professional. The location was very convenient for accessing the airport, car rental, and the Ferry to Vancouver Island. The dining options were a bit expensive and not clearly explained, but there were affordable food locations nearby. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
